Lovely stay with a beautiful view
The garden room was beautifully designed with a private patio area. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. It had a minibar and tea/coffee making facilities plus a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist, making the stay truly enjoyable. Breakfast included delicious local produce and options for various dietary needs.

I was deeply disappointed by the lack of air conditioning in the room. The heat made it unbearable and I hardly got any sleep. the small lift was incredibly frustrating, especially when carrying luggage up to the room. Those odd curtains and bed throw added to a feeling of discomfort. they just didn't match the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Room on the top floor provided lovely views over the hotel grounds. Room featured some recent upgrades in soft furnishings, creating a welcoming space.
The lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable night, with only a noisy old fan to deal with the heat. Room decor came across as outdated, with cheap furniture that didn't meet expectations for a four-star establishment. Accessing the hotel can be confusing, as Google Maps directions led to a blocked route. entering from the northern end is actually necessary. While breakfast looked promising, the £17 price tag felt steep, prompting us to look for more affordable options elsewhere. the minibar prices were shocking, such as £8.50 for a 50cl bottle of spirit, creating concerns about value for money.

Great staff, but not what we expected
We stayed for 3 nights and found the food heavenly, especially loved the outdoor dining area. The staff were super friendly, but the room was kinda shabby and needed some TLC. the bed was a bit too small for us, which was a letdown. Nice location though.

the suite was super clean and the views were amazin. The staff were really friendly. located right in the center which is dope for exploring. the little garden was private and no noise from other rooms at all. had a great night's sleep and it was just a chill vibe overall.
the room could use a little update, like the carpet was kinda worn. also, no aircon, so it got a bit warm in the night.

Comfortable but Could Use Improvement
The staff offered warm hospitality, making my brief stay more enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring Nottingham. the small room left little space for luggage, making it tricky to unwind. I recommend checking dining options nearby as restaurant availability fluctuates.

Had a blast with my friends on our trip! We hit up the local bars and enjoyed the easy access to transport. The room was comfy, and having parking on-site was a sweet bonus. Definitely recommend giving it a go if you’re in the area!
The cancellation policy was pretty strict and didn't offer much flexibility when plans changed unexpectedly.

The garden room was a highlight, offering a stunning view of the Nottingham rooftops and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxation. Breakfast in the room was enjoyable, with the delicious Hambleton Bakery bread standing out. there were minor inconveniences, including a wobbly patio door handle and some cleaning oversights. while the room was initially quite warm, the temperature could be adjusted easily, which was a bonus.
